This one is also drawn by my best friend Roy. I tried redrawing Neptune, but to be completely honest, I can't draw a mermaid worth crap. I'm not sure why, but I can't. I really like how he did this. The little curled-brass bra is quite interesting, dont' you think? ^_^

This is also the only Planet Card with its eyes open. There's a reason for that. For details, read Galactic Zeal - Hide Tides. It will be more in depth as the story goes on.
