August to May is the first rough draft that I have for an idea for a book.
I've always wanted to write a fantasy novel, and this might be its roots.
In August to May: Curtis Steffen and Renna Steffen (his cousin) go on
an adventure to the nearby Eclipse Forest. Inside these forbidden woods are creatures that are rumored to be so hidious
and bloodthirsty, the stories of them only end in death. Driven by curiousity, young Curtis drags his cousin in with him to
find one of the creatures, known as a Kryocale (Ku-ri-O-ka-l). Once found, can they be tamed? Even become friends? One in
particular, which Curtis bestows the name August, seems to be as human as themselves. But will her appearance ruin all the
chances of leaving the forest and taking a look on the outside world?

I do not have much for this story, but what I do have, I hope helps you in picturing these characters.
Stories are very hard to get out of one's head, especially the looks. They never quite look the exact same as what they do
in the authors head. These, surprisingly, I got quite close. Enjoy!
